We deliver to all countries within EU. Your package is being packed and shipped within 24 hours on working days. Normal delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days, during peak season it may take longer. Letters are delivered to your mailbox as far as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to control how an item is delivered (mailbox or delivery point), it is an assessment made by the carrier.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company.
If you discover any damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the extradition site and make an injury report. Refuse to receive a damaged package. If you do not detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the carrier’s handling, contact them and make an injury report. If any dispute with the carrier can not be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before returning to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will charge you 195 SEK (including VAT) for our handling of the goods.
The shipping cost of an order is charged according to the actual order value – this happens automatically in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at the checkout. If the order value is less than 250 SEK, a shipping fee of 29 SEK (including VAT) will be added. At order value above 250 SEK, we will charge the shipping cost.
Any eventual customs duty and VAT will be paid by the recipient.
