How do I use make-up sponge?

With a make-up sponge, you can basically apply any product entirely due to its versatility. The most common is to use it for basic products such as foundation, concealer and primer. It works at least as well for other products such as highlight, blush, bronzer and loose fixing powder. You can use it both dry and damp, but by moistening the sponge it does not absorb as much product. A moistened sponge collects the product on its surface and therefore provides more product when applied.

Use the different surfaces of the sponge for different types of products. With blush, you can easily apply to your cheek apple with the rounded part. You can also easily mix bronzer and highlight for contouring the face. The sponge can also be used for the “baking” method, where you apply loose setting powder on the areas you want to fix and highlight, for example under the eyes. This smart Make-up sponge makes it easy to achieve an even, flawless and seamless result.

  • Tip! Use the make-up sponge to remove excess makeup. If you have accidentally applied too much of any product, a dry sponge can help to “soak up” excess make-up.

Remember to wash your makeup sponge at regular intervals to avoid impurities, dirt and bacteria on your skin. Clean with warm water and mild detergent or Brush Cleaner Spray in a glass. Put the sponge in the glass and let it soak for about 30 minutes and then rinse it off with water.
